Kory is FranklinCovey’s Global Productivity Practice Leader and the Managing Director of the FranklinCovey All Access Pass™ Passholder Services. As Practice Leader, her focus is on building extraordinary productivity in individuals, and a culture of productivity in teams and organizations. She is a co-author of the #1 Wall Street Journal bestseller The 5 Choices: The Path to Extraordinary Productivity, in addition to Project Management Essentials for the Unofficial Project Manager and Presentation Advantage.
As FranklinCovey’s Managing Director of FranklinCovey All Access Pass Passholder Services, Kory’s focus is on insuring passholder delight through passholder access to FranklinCovey’s world-renowned, organizational performance improvement content and integrated solutions. The pass provides clients with greater value, availability, and flexibility in how they develop effective individuals and great leaders and organize around specific strategic initiatives to achieve the outcomes of a winning culture and desired results.
Kory has over 25 years of business expertise from frontline positions to an executive team member. She has a unique perspective on the application of FranklinCovey’s world renowned content within organizations. Kory not only understands the strategy and principles necessary to build great systems, leaders and winning cultures, but she understands how FranklinCovey’s blended learning offerings deliver practical solutions that enable the behavior changes required for transformational results in organizations.
Prior to FranklinCovey, Kory spent six years as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations for AlphaGraphics, Inc. She was responsible for the teams and projects that assisted franchisees in the startup of their business, staff development and profitability. She led the implementation of ISO 9000 globally, and managed the installation of the first companywide global-learning system.
Kory has been featured on Inc.com and on its Productivity Playbook online series, on Fast Company.com, Forbes.com, and in Investor’s Business Daily. She has also appeared on NBC’s TODAY with Hoda Kotb.
Utah Business Magazine honored Kory as one of the Top 30 Business Women to Watch in Utah. In 2012 Kory earned a Certificate of NeuroLeadership Foundations from the NeuroLeadership Institute, of which she is an ongoing member.
