LiveClicks Webinars
How does a webinar work? Within minutes of registering over the phone or via the internet you will receive an email with your login information. 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the webinar you will need to logon and call in to hear the audio portion.
Do I have to pay for everyone in my office who listens in to the webinar? Yes, our events are purchased per person. If you have additional people that would like to participate, please call us to register: 800-391-1492.
What happens if I register, and then something comes up and I have to cancel? We understand that from time to time things happen that you can’t avoid and you might need to reschedule or cancel your registration. Please call us at: 800-391-1492 and we will be able to assist you. At any time you have the ability to reschedule your webinar.
Can I ask questions during the LiveClicks webinar? Every Liveclicks Webinar includes audio connection and the ability to talk to the facilitator. Your facilitator will make every effort to address questions that have been submitted.

Why can’t I download my guidebook? The day of your webinar you can let the facilitator know that you are having difficulties printing this and they will post a link for you to download it. If you need further assistance please call us at: 800-391-1492.
What time does my webinar start? All of our webinars are listed as Eastern Time, you must adjust the starting time to your local time zone.
OnDemand Products
Does OnDemand mean I have access anytime? Yes, our OnDemand courses allows you to access your training choices when you want to.
How long is my subscription good for? Depending on your selection there are various subscriptions time frames.
How do I access my OnDemand selection? You can access your OnDemand training at: ondemand.franklincovey.com.
Is this a per person price and can I share it with others? Each subscription is per person and you cannot share with others. If others want to subscribe they can call us at: 800-391-1492.
Before You Attend
What do I need to bring with me? On the day of the seminar, your name will be listed on the roster; it is not necessary to bring any paperwork. You may wish to bring a pen and paper for notes. Please consider layered clothing as heating and cooling conditions may vary.
Can someone else attend with me? Yes. Call our customer service center for seating availability at 1-800-391-1492 and enroll them today. Walk-in registrations are available the day of the program on a space-available basis.
What are the age requirements for attending a seminar? Minors aged 14 or under are not permitted. Anyone between the ages of 15-17 wishing to attend must have a paid registration and be accompanied by a paid attendee of 18 years or older.
What time does the seminar or webinar start? Start times vary based on the workshop you are attending. Start times are listed on the website in Eastern time for live-online events, and local time for live classroom events. Please refer to your confirmation email for your course’s start time.
What if I need to cancel? Call our customer service center at 1-800-391-1492
How will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled seminar? Our Customer Service Department will notify you by fax, e-mail, and/or mail if any changes are made to your scheduled seminar (i.e. change of date, venue, city location, or cancellation). Be sure to add [email protected] to your email address book so you are sure to receive these messages. You may confirm your seminar location at any time by keying the event # in the search box at the top of any page.
What if I require special attention because of a disability? At FranklinCovey we strive to accommodate your needs. Please contact our customer service center for assistance in this area by calling 1-800-391-1492

Can I make an audio or video recording of the seminar or webinar? No. We do not allow any audio or video recording of our seminars or webinar.
Dress Code: The recommended dress code for all of our Public events is business casual. An example would be a collared shirt and khaki pants.
Anything else I need to know? Lunch, parking, and breaks are on your own. If you need directions to the seminar or information about parking, you may contact the seminar facility directly at the address and phone number on your email confirmation letter.

Accepted Forms of Payment
Currently, we accept credit cards to purchase courses. You can use American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. If you want to provide a Purchase Order for payment you can email that to [email protected] You can pay by check, the check has to be processed before attendance.

Continuing Education Units
What is a CEU? Continuing Education Unit (CEU). A standard unit of measurement, used to quantify continuing adult education and training activities, which serves the diversity of providers, activities, and purposes in adult education. Please visit our CEU page for more information.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You may cancel your registration or transfer to a future session up to two weeks prior to the training with no penalty.
- Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment.
- If you cannot participate on the date you are scheduled for, please call us with at least two weeks’ notice at 800-391-1492, and we will assist you in finding another date.
- For programs delivered by the American Management Association (AMA) or Canadian Management Centre (CMC), you may transfer to a future session, send someone to take your place or cancel without penalty at any time up to three weeks prior to your program. If less than three weeks’ notice is provided, or you fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire program fee.
